We are an architecture and interior design studio based in the South of France, expanding to Dubai from 2026.
Our work spans residential and commercial projects, from complete renovations to ground-up interior and exterior transformations. We accompany our clients through every stage of the process: concept development, technical detailing, material research, and on-site construction supervision.
Driven by a passion for experimental architecture and spatial research, we explore new ways of shaping atmospheres, light, and materiality. Each project is a unique investigation, blending functionality with a refined artistic sensibility to create spaces that are tailored, expressive, and built with precision.
Biography:
filip trajkovski architecture is an architecture and interior design studio founded in 2021 by Filip Trajkovski, a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Montpellier. Originally from Macedonia, Filip moved to France in 2013 to pursue his lifelong ambition of becoming an architect.
Created in 2021 in the South of France and expanding to Dubai in 2026, the studio operates between two dynamic cultural environments. This dual presence enriches our practice, allowing us to merge European architectural rigor with the bold, experimental spirit emerging in the Gulf region. Mario Marcoul, an interior designer joins the studio as a strategic associate of company overseeing projects in the Middle East and in Europe.
Filip is also the Chief Brand and Strategy Officer for Lythore, a curated international gallery of collectible design, founded by Florantine Bourgeon and Julien Abonnel. He oversees curation, brand positioning, artistic direction, and strategic development, shaping a distinct and forward-thinking vision for the gallery.
We guide our clients through every stage of their project: spatial design, technical drawings, administration, cost estimation, and rigorous site supervision. All construction works are covered by a ten-year structural liability insurance, ensuring long-term reliability and full compliance with professional standards.
Our practice embraces an experimental approach to architecture, where technical innovation and design research are at the core of every project. We constantly challenge the limits of materials, fabrication, and spatial expression to create singular environments that are both functional and architecturally distinctive. Each project becomes an opportunity to explore new creative possibilities and to craft spaces that reflect the identity and lifestyle of the people who inhabit them.
Working with private and professional clients in France, Europe, and soon the Middle East, we design bespoke residential, commercial, and workspace projects. Every interior is conceived with precision and intention, shaped to embody its own character while meeting the aesthetic and functional expectations of our clients.
